World Teachers' DayTeacher's are the second mothers for baby growths of talent ,to recognize every part of theirs where they have unique and ultimate skills from schooling to college level or up to their post doctoral levels . Overall, we can say upto settlement in the best career . In the life journey of human beings a person always has stand-up in every step for their upliftment. Then how could we say the world is null or the teacher's role has certain limitations only ? So that is celebrated on 5 October every year in the whole world to commemorate the anniversary of the adoption of the ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers in 1966. No doubt this Recommendation sets benchmarks regarding the rights and responsibilities of teachers, education, recruitment, employment, etc. Teacher the topic never will be ended once it starts .
