So that everyone persons will walk on their backyard or at garden where it has a beautiful greenery or with a full of flowers bunches .From adults to children's everyone have wish to realise feel free from personal pressure that's all .For that many of people will come to garden Fri exercises, meditation ,yoga etc..Overall it has many benefits ,we can take a fresh air ,feels in high positive vibrations ,audio therapy also we can do it with many painful adults /oladages etc...Totally we will get a good health with nature love.
