Nationl equal pay day 2021. This day is observed on every March 24th to rise awareness ,there is no discrepancies between men and women, so far from many decades we have looked there is many differentiate for men working style and women's style as well for there salary and properly can't allowed any high weighted posts due to own mind decided that ladies are not able to do this ,that etc .But nowadays time is not like that ,everything has been changed and our constitution also amended for gender equal .So there is no inequality and no discrimination or partialities.
