This day is observed on every march 1st in whole universally.The theme of World Civil Defence Day 2021, is “Civil Defence and a first aider in every home.” This day was incorporated in 1990 by the International Civil Defence. The main intention is civil protection and raising awareness of the preparedness for, and prevention and self-protection measures in the event of accidents or disasters.
