NATIONAL SPECIAL EDUCATION DAY 2020an every December of 2nd,. this day has been commomarates of the anniversary of the nation’s first federal special education law. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was signed into law on December 2, 1972 . IDEA this system made education system in America like ,the disabilities children's must get the same equality education like what has others. commonly we know those who having impairely vison /disabilities are not having properly school ,sources ,transpiration since years , latterly many states gotten but parents can't afford to send their children's away to a special school .and this IDEA law stipulated for free education to the children's under 3 to 21 age in 13 different areas .where children may qualify under the IDEA for service .this law is that instrument, which will increase the graduation rates for students with disabilities .
